The hike along the circular trail of military history
We would like to invite you to join us on the trek along the Circular Trail of Military History on Sunday, 19 May 2019. The trail connects the Park of Military History with the former military range on Kota 110 (613 m) and the Italian underground fortification on Primož Hill. From the hill, the trail descends into the Dule Valley and then climbs up to Šilentabor above the village of Zagorje. From Šilentabor, the trek continues towards the tourist village of Narin and then returns to the Park of Military History.
The trek is suitable for all ages. It lasts approximately 4 hours. Participants must pay the registration fee of 5 EUR at the Park’s ticket office. The trek is free of charge for children under the age of 15. All participants will receive a 10% discount for the Park of Military History. Snacks and beverages will be provided at certain points along the trail. After finishing the trek, you can enjoy a warm meal at Kantina Pivka as you will receive a 10% discount upon paying the registration fee. The trek will be cancelled in case of bad weather.
